The awarding of the sector prize took place on the evening of the second day of the OutDoor exhibition in the Zeppelin-Hangar in Friedrichshafen.
In the category "Strongest Outdoor Brand of the Year" there were 15 brands this year, which had been selected by a jury of specialists in the sector. In the end, readers of the outdoor.markt newspaper could give their preference by voting. The selection criteria concerned the image and the attraction force of the brand, the relationship with the shopkeepers and with the final customers. LOWA has thus managed to win the largest number of preferences.
"The awarding of the prize is an honor for us and confirms that our focus on quality, fit and innovative spirit represents the correct path for our brand", said LOWA CEO Werner Riethmann, to whom, moreover, he was already The "Personality of the Year" award was awarded in 2016.
